Classes are scheduled from Sabbat to Sabbat. Generally, we begin the class cycle anew after each Samhain, choosing this time to concentrate on the basics of Wiccan worship, theology, and practice. For a general idea of the classes that will be presented between Samhain and Yule, please refer to The Basics in the List of Public Classes offered.
Please note that from time to time classes that are not on this list may be offered. These non-standard classes may be announced on the Hamilton Pagans message board, but there may not always be advance notice.
If you're thinking of coming to one of our classes, you may wish to bring writing materials. Power outlets are available for those bringing laptops.
Classes are normally held Saturdays from 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm at the Sky Dragon Centre at 27 King William Street, Hamilton. As of Saturday, April 30, 2011 we will be moving classes to the Blue Room (kitchen area) on the second floor at the Sky Dragon to accomodate the growing class sizes. Weekly class topics can be found on the Schedules page. Please hover over the links in the calendar with your mouse or click on them for further information regarding a specific class. Any special announcements regarding class or ritual will also appear on the Schedules page.
Remember, classes are free of charge, but we survive on donations which pay for the use of the space, materials used in ritual, and our community outreach. Donations may be given to the Handmaiden or Treasurer. We also collect non-perishable food for Hamilton Foodshare and any donations towards this are welcome.
If you have questions about the classes, please send e-mail to priesthood@hamiltonwcc.ca
